A local couple was honored Tuesday night at the Bristol, Tennessee City Council meeting. Police say it’s because of them, that a man is now in custody following a hit-and-run crash involving first responders. Multiple first responders were hit by a vehicle along Highway 394. Later that evening Fallon and Austin Delph noticed a car with significant damage, followed the car and called police.
