The driver of a vehicle that was impaled by a tree has been charged with DUI and child endangerment. The Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) reported that a Toyota Corolla was traveling westbound in the area of State Route 107, when the vehicle reportedly went off the right side of the road into a ditch, continuing westbound and hit the downed tree Christopher Moir Jr., was cited. A 7-year-old passenger was luckily un-injured.
