The Boone Lake Association will host its annual cleanup this weekend. The event is considered the largest fundraiser of the year for the local non-profit group. This is the 25th anniversary of the cleanup and the group is asking for volunteers to step forward. The cleanup is Saturday, April 20th. For each bag of trash turned in, volunteers will receive a door prize ticket. Bags will be distributed at 9am at five sites, including the Boone Lake Marina, Davis Boat Dock, Pickens Bridge Ramp, Winged Derr Parl 11E ramp, and Lakeview Marina.
