The Attorney for Sean Williams, who is accused of child rape and escape, has requested a delay and change of venue in his escape case. Williams is alleged to have drugged and raped dozens of women and recorded or photographed those rapes at his former downtown Johnson City apartment. Attorney, Joseph McAfee, claims publicity surrounding his alleged escape could jeopardize his chance at a fair trial in Northeast Tennessee.
