A Unicoi man has been arrested and charged wit aggravated child abuse. A statement from Unicoi Police says 22 year old Zhante Breedlove was charged using the state’s Haley’s Law after a child sustained heavy trauma and is hospitalized. A judge set bond at 800-thousand dollars during a court appearance on Friday. Police say the investigation remains open and they’re not answering any questions about what or where the crime happened.
