One person has died in crash on I-81. THP says the crash happened when the driver failed to slow and stop for traffic ahead, slamming into the rear of a semi tractor trailer rig near mile marker 64. The crash happened just after 9pm Friday, killing 37 year old Alexa Hoffman. The driver of the tractor-trailer who was rear ended was not injured in the crash.
