New apartments are nearly complete in Greeneville. The Niswonger Foundation and General Morgan Inn are working to bring affordable living to 126 West Depot Street. The development also includes retail and office space. The Niswonger Foundation says Greeneville desperately needs more housing inventory. The Morgan Lofts are expected to be complete and ready for rent in the next month.
