Kingsport Public Works is embarking an ambitious street paving program that will include improvements in Fair Acres, Tellico Hills, and Eastern Highlands neighborhoods. In a statement, the city says the area is bounded neighborhoods north of Wautaga Street, Center Street, west of Eastman Road, and east of Linville Street and Watauga Street intersection. Work will be done this spring at a cost of just under 700-thousand dollars to the city.
