Samuel Murphy, was arrested at a Johnson City hotel following a shooting incident on Cherry Street in Kingsport. Murphy allegedly shot the victim in the ear. Murphy, has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, aggravated assault, and felony reckless endangerment.
