The man who was the last person to see runaway Danielle Owens alive has been sentenced to four years in prison for criminally negligent homicide. David Dabbs, who was jailed for an 8-year term on drug charges, accepted an Alford plea in the teen death case. Owens’ body was found a year ago in a cornfield.
