A Johnson City man was arrested on Tuesday after he allegedly broke into the Kia of Johnson City dealership and took money. The Johnson City Police Department says Charles Thomas, 50, is charged with burglary, theft over $1,000 and vandalism over $1,000 following the alleged crime. Investigators reportedly found evidence of the burglary in Thomas’ possession at his home.
