Megan Boswell, accused of killing her 15-month-old daughter Evelyn, appeared in court Thursday. Boswell faces multiple charges, including two counts of felony murder. Boswell’s attorney, requested a change of venue to ensure a fair trial, or bringing in jurors from another jurisdiction but keeping the trial in Sullivan County. A hearing is set for June 20 to rule on the motion.
