Adeadly crash on I-81 in Sullivan County. Emergency crews responded Mondya morning to the southbound lanes of the highway at mile marker 64.2 and discovered a car driven by 21 year old Jacob Ramey went off the left side of the roadway. Ramey reportedly overcorrected and crossed all lanes, going off the right side of the roadway and into a wooded area. Ramey was thrown out of the vehicle as it rolled over. Ramey was pronounced dead at the scene, while a 21 year old female passenger was seriously hurt.
