A Johnson City man who was accused of pulling a gun and pointing it at animal control officers is now formally charged. 23 year old Dakota Robert Keith was arrested for two counts of aggravatted assault on Monday. after the incident in the 300 block of Spice Hollow Road. Animal Contorl officers had gone to Keith’s property to serve him a notice to keep his dogs contained and update his vaccination records. He’s now being held on a 20-thousand dollar bond at the Washignton County Jail.
