Human remains that were discovered recently have been identified as belonging to a Norton, Virginia man, was was reported missing. 21 year old Preston Edward Powers’s body was found in the 500 block of Park Avenue Northeast on December 19th. He had been reported missing by his family members the day before. Norton Polcie say the investigation into the mysterious death is continuing and a cause of death is not yet known, pending an autopsy report by the medical examiner’s office.
