As the New Year closed in a Kingsport man was arrested. The Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) reports Jason Harmon, 42, was taken into custody at an address on Telford School Road following a reported rape. A drone was deployed and Harmon was located about 300 yards away. A K9 found him lying in a wooded area. Harmon was charged with rape and incest, along with evading arrest and drug violations.
