Circuit Court Judge Arrested

A circuit court judge has been charged with driving under the influence. According to the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office a deputy was driving on South Wilcox Drive in Kingsport, when he noticed a black Lexus SUV swerve to the right side of its travel lane before veering over and touching the solid line twice. William Rogers, a circuit court judge for the Second Judicial District, was arrested for driving under the influence.
