(WASHINGTON CO., VA) – Free dinners…and more restrooms…are headed to schools in Washington County, Virginia.
This year, all schools are continuing to offer free breakfast and lunch options for students, Washington County schools Superintendent Keith Perrigan tells reporters. The school system has six partnerships with local farmers to provide food for school cafeteria…and they are looking to expand those partnerships.
Safety vestibules have been added to Abingdon High School and John S. Battle High School while single-use restrooms were recently added to Holston High School and Patrick Henry High School.
