The community is responding to help three children who escaped a fatal fire in Jonesborough Tuesday by accepting donations at any Eastman Credit Union Branch.The fire claimed two lives. Jonesborough Elementary and Middle Schools are collecting donations for the three children who are students there. Community members have gotten together to meet many of the immediate clothing and food needs of the children, who are now living with a grandparent.
