(SULLIVAN CO.) – The Sullivan County Commission will possibly vote on a resolution next week that would support nullifying any “federal overreach” that violates “state sovereignty.”
County Commissioner, Zane Vanover brought the resolution to the commission during its work session on behalf of Commissioner Jessica Means, who was absent…for state Rep. Bud Hulsey…not present at the meeting. He said Hulsey planned to present five ways the state could nullify “overreaching laws” from the federal government. The resolution will come before the commission, next Thursday, for approval.
