A Jonesborough man was arrested after a shooting at a Roadrunner Market on Thursday. The shooting on Boone Street. The investigation determined the shooting took place during a physical altercation between Jeremy Thrasher, and the victim. During the altercation, Thrasher allegedly fired a single shot that struck the abdomen. Thrasher is charged with attempted second-degree murder, kidnapping, possession of a firearm and two counts of child abuse or neglect. The victim was taken to the Johnson City Medical Center for treatment.
