More than 760 participants registered for the 9th Annual Greeneville City Schools Education Foundation Turkey Trot 5K held Thanksgiving morning. The race kicked off at 8 a.m. at Greeneville High School, and racers finished the route on the 50 yard line of Burley Stadium. The city’s police chief got the event going with a crowd selfie.
