A reward is now being offered for information leading to the re-capture of Johnson City businessman Sean Williams. Williams escaped custody of law enforcement Wednesday morning during a prisoner transport by somehow removing his restraints and kicking out the window of a transport van. He was being brought here to Greene County from Laurel County, Kentucky, where he’s been held on federal charges there. Also, after the escape on Wednesday, Williams’s court appointed attorney filed a motion to withdraw from the case.
