For the 2023-24 school year, and the first time in more than 30 years, to meet new requirements for state funding, both Greeneville and Greene County school districts have completed their first Tennessee Investment in Student Achievement (TISA) accountability reports.TISA replaces the Basic Education Program (BEP) funding formula, adding several factors for calculating allocations from the Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE) to local school districts.
