About two dozen creative minds are needed to help design a community mural in Elizabethton.The project is partially funded by the Tennessee Arts Commission’s “Arts Build Communities” grant.The mural will be displayed on six panels at the city’s surplus storage building, which once served as an ice production facility. Experienced artists will also be there to help out. To be eligible your must file your paperwork with the City of Elizabethton by October 18th.
