On Thursday night Riley Gaines, a 12-time All-American swimmer, is speaking at East Tennessee State University as part of her Speak Louder Campus Tour.Her tour is sponsored by the Leadership Institute. Her goal is to encourage college students to speak-up for the right to free speech, for truth and for women.The public is welcome to attend according to organizers. Riley says “No girl or woman should have to endure the utter disregard and humiliation that my fellow swimmers and I did.”
