A November trial date is now set for a former treasurer of the Sunnyside Volunteer Fire Department charged with theft of property valued over $10,000 but less than $60,000.Misty Spring Taylor, 45, appeared Sept. 15 for arraignment in Greene County Criminal Court. A jury trial date of Nov. 21 was set. Circuit Court Judge Alex E. Pearson is the presiding judge.
