Water and Sewer Services maintenance activities will require lane closures at the intersection of West Market Street and North State of Franklin Road beginning Sunday at 7 p.m. and ending Monday at 1 p.m.The impacted lanes will be on the eastbound side of West Market Street and southbound side of North State of Franklin Road.Traffic controls will be in place to guide you through the construction zone.
