Here’s a helping hand. The Hawkins County Humane Society (HCHS) received an in-kind donation worth approximately $300 from the profits of a recent food truck rally in Rogersville.The shelter is currently trying to raise $125,000 in matching funds for an American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) contribution from the Hawkins County Commission. They will use the funds to expand their building.
