Local growers across Kingsport are celebrating growth and impact of farmers markets and their role in America’s food supply chain. It’s National Farmers Market Week. Locally, in Kingsport, there are tons of vendors on-hand selling all kinds of products including baked goods, handmade crafts, flowers, and of course fresh produce. The Kingsport Farmers Market began in 1977 and currently hosts more than 100 farmers and artisans.
