Would you like to earn college credit for hiking? It’s happening along the Appalachian Trail, 25 Emory & Henry College students can earn credit. They participated in the Semester-A-Trail Program, which is the only program in the United States that offers college credit for hiking a section of the Appalachian Trail with an learning component and exercise. The Center for Outdoor Studies at Emory & Henry is now taking applications for the spring 2024 group of explorers.
