A Washington County, Tennessee Detention Center employee 20year old William Turbyfill of Johnson City was fired and has been charged after trying to bring contraband into the facility, according to Washington County Sheriff Keith Sexton. In return, Turbyfill would be paid cash for his role, according to Sexton.
