Heavy rains early Friday caused flooding in parts of the Tri-Cities region Friday morning as multiple flash flood warnings were issued. Shadrack Campground near Bristol Motor Speedway has flooding. There’s also flooding near David Crockett High School. There was also flooding at a Bristol, Virginia, convenience store. Multiple streets are closed too because of flooding. If you see high water officials say don’t attempt to drive thru it, turn around.
