Bogus bills is a concern for the Elizabethton Police Department, as the department says counterfeit bills are popping up.Sergeant Mike Commons says, “If your money is identical to each other, it’s fake. If it feels like paper, not like cloth, it’s fake. Check it for the watermarks, check it for the lines.”
