Early voting is underway for the Johnson County District Three primary. It’s happening after Representative Scotty Campbell resigned amid ethics violations.In May, the County Commission appointed Timothy Hill the interim representative until the election could be held.The primary is scheduled for June 22, and the general election is set for August 3 where Timothy Hill could be permanently elected into the position.
