The Greene County Budget and Finance Committee has approved a resolution that would fund improvements to the former Humane Society property on Hal Henard Road.Greene County Animal Control will operate the facility in addition to the department’s current facility located on the property adjacent to the former Humane Society.The property on Hal Henard Road transferred into the ownership of Greene County in April without payment once the local Humane Society stopped using the property.
