A tax holiday is set to begin August 1st. Governor Bill Lee signed the Tennessee Works Tax Act into law recently, which will reportedly provide more than $400 million in savings for Tennessee families and businesses and includes a three-month grocery tax suspension.The tax rteleif will go through October 31st. While siging the law Governor Lee said it’s the right investment for Tennessee families.
