Take note: The Greeneville/Greene County Transfer Station at 1555 Old Stage Road will alter its operations for critical repairs starting June 10 and ending June 25, according to a news release.Starting on June 10, the transfer station building will be completely shut down and will not accept and process waste. The transfer station building will reopen and begin accepting and processing waste on June 26.Greene County Solid Waste Convenience Centers will not be affected and will operate on their normal scheduled days and hours during this time period.
