Tusculum View students in grades 3-5 competed for the chance for their artwork to be featured as the first-ever Greeneville traffic box art wraparound. Drivers along East Andrew Johnson Highway can view the colorful artwork.The intersection near Lowe’s Home Improvement now features Greeneville’s first traffic box art wraparound. It’s been made possible through a grant funded by the Greeneville City Schools Education Foundation, Tusculum View Elementary School students got the opportunity to participate in a service-learning project, according to a press release from the school.
