Educational materials will be distributed when the Bristol Tennessee Police Department hosts a free Child Passenger Safety Seat Checkpoint on Saturday, April 22, from 12p.m. to 4p.m.The checkpoint will be held in the City Hall parking lot at 801 Anderson Street.Trained technicians from the BTPD, the Bristol Tennessee Fire Department, the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office, the Bluff City Police Department, and Niswonger Children’s Hospital will be available to install and inspect child safety seats.
