A Kingsport non-profit for foster children is expanding with a satellite location in Johnson City. SMILE Foster Closet is opening the new location at Heritage Baptist Church.The organization helps foster families by providing items for kids including clothing, hygiene products, and baby equipment all placed in a new duffle bag. The goal is to provide additional help for foster kids and boost their self esteem.Just last year SMILE FOster Closet provided help to 600 families.
