The Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office is launching a new program aimed at reducing the number of people returning to jail.Sexton said his department will work to combat that through a partnership with Families First and a new three-year $1-million state grant.The program will impact 200 inmates each year and include support after release to get on the right track.
