Two new Bristol, Virginia City Council members were sworn in, and Neal Osborne is now mayor as of Tuesday morning.The new members are Jake Holmes and Michael Pollard.Anthony Farnum was the former mayor and will retain a spot on the council. Becky Nave was selected to be the city’s vice mayor.
