A Johnson City man, Ronald Bernier, has been charged with second-degree murder following a fight Tuesday night, police say.According to a release from the Johnson City Police Department (JCPD), officers responded to the 1900 Block of Lone Oak Road at 9:15 p.m. in reference to a shooting when officers arrived they found 32 year old Elijah Berry dead. Following an investigation by officers, it was learned that Bernier, of Johnson City, and Berry were involved in a fight that turned deadly. Bernier is in the Washington County, TN jail.
