The Greeneville Board of Mayor and Alderman have given final approval to an ordinance rezoning a parcel of property after a public hearing during its meeting Tuesday.The approved ordinance rezones a portion of property near 1806 W. Main Street to B-1 (Neighborhood Business) from R-2 (Medium Density Residential). The property will become a conveniencee store and gas station.
