Restore Ukraine is a locally organized a nonprofit organization that provides shelter, food and other assistance to the people in war-torn Ukraine. A student from ETSU implemented the non-proft to distribute kits to vulnerable communities and people such as those with disabilities, chronic diseases, and wounded soldiers who have come back from the front line.The conflict is creating a refugee crisis. And, according to The United Nations, 7.8 million people have left the country. And of residents who remain in Ukraine, many are living without heat in their homes.
