Residents in Bristol, Tennessee, are invited to a public meeting to discuss redeveloping West State Street.The public session is set for this Thursday, November 17, from 6 p.m.to 7 p.m. at the Slater Community Center.City officials would like it to be a central corridor for commerce, tourism, and economic growth.Engineers will be at the meeting to discuss concerns and outline plans. A planning grant from the Tennessee Department of Transportation will fund the project.
