Leaf pickup will begin Nov. 1 for residents of the City of Tusculum.“Residents are encouraged to use their lawn mowers to mulch leaves for use as fertilizer or as a mulch product,” according to a city news release.Leaf pickup for the City of Tusculum happens during the months of November and December. City officials advise that residents who want leaves removed should rake them to the edge of their property for pickup with the leaf vacuum.Residents are asked not to rake leaves into the street and leaves must be free of limbs, sticks, rocks, walnuts or any other debris.
