The Dobyns-Bennett High School marching band is on a roll winning first place in the regional Bands of American Championship on Saturday.The competition was held at East Tennessee State University and hosted 20 top-tier marching bands. Plus, the Elizabethton High School marching band scored fourth place for its performance Saturday.Now Dobyns-Bennett advances to the next round hoping to be a national contender in November.
