The jury has recommended a life sentence for Nikolas Cruz for the Parkland, Florida massacre.The jury considered 17 counts for the 17 victims of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in February of 2018.At least one juror found that mitigating factors outweighed the aggravating factors laid forth by the state, meaning the judge is unable to sentence Cruz to death.The massacre is recorded as the worst in U.S. history.
